We like to focus on deals within the United States, but do have experience in Mexico and the Caribbean and may entertain a capital request in those areas from time to time.
Braco Realty Capital seeks capital requests mainly in the small to middle market ranging from $2 million to $60 million, and will entertain requests of smaller and larger size on a case by case basis.
Brett Beerer graduated Arizona State University with a degree in Finance from the WP Carey School of Business.
Brett started his career working for CIT as an account manager before moving back to Colorado and working for both Regional and National Banks holding positions as VP and Branch Manager.
Brett formed Braco Realty Capital realizing he had a knack for helping clientele locate various capital sources to help a project from Blueprint to Disposition.
Brett holds an active Real Estate License in Colorado and resides with his wife and three children in the Denver area. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, fly fishing, spending time outside with his family.
